Passionate about new technologies and motivated to lend my expertise and experience in innovative projects in the Big Data world, I introduce my self. I currently holds the position of Head of Industrialization Project Big Data. This position allowed me to discover Hadoop ecosystem technologies and acquire the skills to implement the best solutions to specific business requirements.
The part of my experience that captivated me most is the monitoring, design and production of POCs to find the best compromise between technology to use and context of the project.
As Software engineer Java development, I worked in agile mode and I understand that the method must adapt to the needs and characteristics of each project and to advance collaboration, cohesion and flexibility in the team. These elements will help to increment productivity and efficiency. During my work I was led to coach the developers, manage the planning and organization of operations between the various project stakeholders.
